Richard brings a strong pedigree in developing players and coaches alike, and his approach aligns closely with the culture and ambition we’re building here at Kidderminster Harriers.

He’ll be working closely with academy staff across all departments to raise coaching standards, support individual development, and strengthen our football identity.
